Privacy Policy

Effective June 3, 2026 · Version 1.0

This Privacy Policy explains how Innova Electronics Corporation (RepairSolutions2 (RS2)) (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with RS2 Shop Network (the “Service”). It applies to repair-shop users, consumers who interact with shops through the Service, and visitors to rs2shopnetwork.com. For how we use cookies specifically, see our Cookie Policy.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Innova Electronics Corporation is the controller of personal information processed for our own purposes (such as operating accounts and the Service). Where a Shop uses the Service to process Consumer information for its own purposes, the Shop is an independent controller of that information and is responsible for its own privacy practices; we act as a processor/service provider to the extent we process such information on the Shop’s behalf.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide:

  • Account and profile data: name, business name, email, phone, role, password (hashed), and shop details.
  • Verification data: certifications, licenses, and related documents you upload.
  • Transaction data: plan, billing contact, and payment metadata (card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us).
  • Consumer/Lead data: vehicle, service request, contact details, quotes, messages, and appointment information exchanged through the Service.
  • Communications: messages, support requests, and survey responses.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage and product-analytics data: pages and features used, events, timestamps, and approximate session information (see Cookie Policy).
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser/user-agent, device identifiers, and diagnostic logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookie Policy.

Information from third parties: we may receive data from authentication providers (e.g., Google sign-in), payment processors, lead/partner channels, and fraud- prevention sources.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service and your account.
  • Match Shops with Leads, facilitate quotes, messaging, and appointments.
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions, credits, and plan limits.
  • Verify shop credentials and prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate accounts.
  • Analyze product usage to understand which features are used and to improve the Service (first-party analytics).
  • Communicate with you about transactions, security, support, and (where permitted) product news.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Our legal bases (where the GDPR or similar laws apply) include performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (operating, securing, and improving the Service and preventing abuse), your consent (e.g., for non-essential analytics cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

  • With Shops and Consumers as needed to facilitate Leads, quotes, messaging, and appointments.
  • Service providers / processors who host, process payments, send email/SMS, provide mapping, authentication, analytics, and support — under contracts limiting their use of the data.
  • For legal reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, safety, and property, and enforce our Terms.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell personal information for money. See the U.S. State Privacy Rights section regarding “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising — we do not engage in such sharing.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service and, with your consent, analytics technologies to understand product usage. First-party product analytics that do not use cross-site cookies may be used to operate and improve the Service. You can manage your choices at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings. See the Cookie Policy for details.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type; for example, account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, and certain records (e.g., billing, suppression lists) are retained as required by law.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and hashing of credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • access, correct, update, or delete your personal information;
  • obtain a portable copy or restrict/object to certain processing;
  • withdraw consent (e.g., for analytics cookies) without affecting prior processing;
  • opt out of marketing communications via the unsubscribe link or your settings;
  • appeal a denied request, where applicable.

To exercise rights, email privacy@rs2shopnetwork.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Where a Shop is the controller of Consumer data, please direct requests to that Shop; we will assist as required.

9. U.S. state privacy rights (California & others)

Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and certain profiling. We do not sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through RS2 Shop Network. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. RS2 Shop Network is operated by Innova Electronics Corporation (“Innova”). To exercise a California “Do Not Sell or Share” request through Innova’s corporate process, use Innova’s Do Not Sell My Information form or contact customercare@innova.com / +1 800-544-4124. You can also email privacy@rs2shopnetwork.com for product-specific requests. See also Innova’s corporate Privacy Policy.

10. International users and transfers

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.

11. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@rs2shopnetwork.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
